If you were a company, then you would be a tech company where the PR people have seized 80% control and engineering people would have 20% to say on things. It's a missed shot, because with tech, engineering will always be central. There won't be many who would buy themselves TVs with good commercial but bad picture quality and unreliable user experience, and it won't be different with LLMs. OpenAI just had one of the strongest first mover advantages in history of tech first mover advantages, this is why the thing hasn't collapsed yet, but it is dying.
